The Process

Our staging process is simple, efficient, and stress-free. It starts with a free home preview, where one of our experienced designers evaluates the space and delivers a tailored design proposal that highlights the home’s best features with a detailed quote. We work with both occupied and vacant homes, incorporating existing furnishings or fully staging empty properties to create a polished, cohesive look.

Once approved, we handle everything: coordination with the listing agent, scheduling, installation, and de-staging. The result is a beautifully presented home that stands out in the market, with no added work for the homeowner or agent.

From first walkthrough to final de-staging, we guide each home through a thoughtful process designed to make its strongest impression.

What drew me to home staging is that the design is truly for the home itself.
